One of my proudest achievements was transforming a struggling 18-state territory, where I exceeded 175% of the sales plan and consistently outperformed annual quotas by 150%. Leading teams and mentoring others to achieve beyond their expectations is what drives me.
As Sales Director at Mesa Laboratories, I managed a $20M budget and led a talented team across the U.S. Together, we achieved a sales increase of 11%, grew month-over-month bookings by 113%, and successfully revitalized a legacy brand. Before that, I had the opportunity to transform sales operations at Fluke Process Instruments, driving a 25% increase in new business while boosting customer satisfaction.
My foundation in leadership comes from my time in the U.S. Army, where I led a squad in high-pressure combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
